Lutein price has doubled in the past six months, and there is no sign of drop in prices.We believe this is mainly due to short supply of marigold flower in China and a sudden increase in demand in the animal feed industry.
New found evidence suggests Lutein can help to reduce animals' cholesterol level; therefore it is a natural way of helping to produce ‘lean meat’. And when fed to chickens, lutein can also help to produce a more yellow egg yolk.
